What Is Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree About? At the centre of Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree are five college friends who have grown apart over the years. Life has taken them in different directions, but an invitation brings them back to the campus they once shared. Their return gives them an opportunity to reconnect with the friendships and memories that were once such an important part of their lives. They decide to revive a forgotten youth festival, bringing them together once again. But returning to their old college is about more than organising an event. Being back in a familiar place brings back memories of their younger years and emotions that had remained buried for a long time. As the friends spend time together again, their past begins to influence their present. A Story About Friendship and College Memories College friendships often become some of the most memorable relationships in a person's life. From spending time together on campus to sharing ambitions, jokes, celebrations and difficult moments, those years can create bonds that remain meaningful even after people move on. Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree explores what happens when those friendships are revisited after years of separation. The five friends are no longer the same people they were during their college years. Yet, their return to campus gives them a chance to reconnect with the people and memories that shaped an important part of their lives. The Youth Festival That Brings Them Back The forgotten youth festival becomes the reason the friends come together again. Reviving the festival gives them something to work towards, but it also brings the group back into the environment where their friendship began. The campus becomes more than just a location. As they work towards bringing the festival back, their old relationships begin to take shape again. The story therefore looks at friendship from two different points of view: the people these friends once were and the people they have become.
